Isaac Bond, a dedicated Sales Executive of the Peoples Premium Finance team, proudly serves clients across Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Located in Marietta, Ohio, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and an MBA, and he brings a strong blend of leadership, relationship management, and financial industry experience to his role.

Over the past five years, he has built a well-rounded banking background through experience in retail banking, commercial banking, and Peoples Bank’s Management Trainee Program, also known as the Professional Development Associate program. These experiences have helped shape his customer-first approach and passion for helping clients navigate challenges with confidence.

“What I enjoy most about this profession is the opportunity to interact with people and feel like I’m making a difference in the communities I serve,” he said. “Every client has different goals, challenges, and experiences, and I enjoy helping find solutions that truly make an impact.”

As part of Peoples Premium Finance, he values the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and businesses throughout a broad region.

“What makes Peoples Premium Finance special to me is the ability to connect with people from all different backgrounds and help navigate unique situations,” he said. “It’s rewarding to be part of a team focused on relationships, communication, and dependable service.”

His commitment to the region is deeply personal. Having grown up in the area, he is passionate about giving back to the community that has given so much to him and his family.

“I’m committed to serving my home community in whatever capacity I can,” he said. “This region means a lot to me, and I want to help it continue to grow and flourish for generations to come.”

When it comes to professional advice, he believes relationships remain one of the most valuable assets in business.

“In a world focused on rates and numbers, relationships still matter,” he said. “Fast communication, dependable service, and helping agents solve problems will always make a difference.”

Outside of work, family is at the center of his life. He and his wife, Sarah, enjoy spending time together traveling, golfing, reading, and playing piano. He also stays actively involved in the community as an assistant coach for the Parkersburg High School swim team and as a tour guide for the Junior League of Parkersburg at The Cook House.
