Meet Lisa Odom, AVP Client Account Executive, of the Peoples Premium Finance team. Based in Florence, South Carolina, Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree and 16 years of industry experience, building a career centered on creating long-lasting, meaningful relationships with agents and clients alike.
While located in Florence, Lisa primarily serves the New York and New Jersey markets, while also supporting clients in South Carolina, Florida and Kentucky. This broad reach allows her to work with a diverse range of professionals and better understand the unique needs of each.
“What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to connect with people from all different backgrounds,” Lisa said. “It means a lot to be a trusted premium finance resource for agents and to know they rely on me when working on deals that help them win business.”
In her role, Lisa is committed to delivering a tailored experience for every client, recognizing that no two situations are the same.
“I strive to provide solutions based on each client’s individual needs and circumstances,” she said.
Prior to joining Peoples Premium Finance, Lisa managed and helped grow a book of business to $425 million and was recognized as Employee of the Year, demonstrating a strong track record of performance and client success.
When it comes to advice, Lisa emphasizes the importance of both expertise and authenticity.
“Create an experience that sets you apart,” she said. “Be knowledgeable, but also personable – and always do what you say you will do. Be available, be genuine and treat people the way you’d like to be treated. If you continue learning and truly care about your clients, the business will follow.”
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are proud parents to two children, Jackson and Harper, and stay actively involved in school parent organizations. In their free time, they enjoy staying active outdoors—walking, biking, playing pickleball, or relaxing at the beach. The family also shares their home with three beloved dogs: Elsa, Olaf, and Ana.
